Refund and Return Policy by Joshi Fashion

At Joshi Fashions, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We only offer exchanges in cases where a product is received damaged or defective.
To raise an exchange request, you must email us at support@joshifashion.com with a mandatory unboxing video.

Attach a single-take unboxing video recorded from the moment you open the sealed parcel until the product is fully shown, covering:
Outer packaging & visible shipping label
Product being removed from the packaging
Exact damage/defect clearly visible
All tags and original packaging intact
Include photos of the defect and a brief written description of the issue.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior email approval will not be accepted.
Product pages already include details such as color, fabric, fit, and care instructions.
Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.
Customized, made-to-order, and discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for genuine cases of damage/defect as stated above.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized/personalized items
Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards and items sold under final sale/promotions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
Stock unavailability
Pricing/listing errors
Concerns flagged during payment or fraud checks
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Wherever required, we will comply with such regulations.
